As a comprehensive service provider, DELTA Packaging offers complex packaging developments that go beyond simple cardboard packaging and respond to increasing market requirements. The process begins with a market and supply chain analysis, followed by creative solution research, design and prototyping. Support Center
The Delta Design Support Center is an innovation and competence center in Europe that specialises in the development of integrated packaging solutions. It serves as a platform for dialogue between logistics and packaging managers, designers and supply chain experts. The center offers a team of experts who develop packaging solutions tailored to the needs of customers in order to reduce costs, increase efficiency or minimize risks. The Delta Design team uses state-of-the-art technology to develop and optimize packaging concepts, supported by certified test facilities with prototype building capabilities.
Dangerous goods testing
The DELTA Design Service Support Centre’s test laboratory carries out a wide range of tests on packaging materials. Among other things, drop tests, crush and burst strength tests are important parameters for the preparation of type tests and transport suitability tests.
The safe and efficient dispatch of goods is a strategic cornerstone in our globalised economy. Packaging logistics is therefore a key success factor. The DELTA Design Service Support Center develops the foundations and solutions for this.
RECOGNITION
As a testing center for type approval of packaging for the transport of dangerous goods. The DELTA Design Service Support Center is a testing center for hazardous goods packaging recognized by the German Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing.
In addition to the testing of small and standard transport packaging, large load carriers up to the maximum dimensions of 2.60 x 2.20 x 2.60 meters are also tested here.
